ARRETE
Order of 16 January 2007 amending the decree of 3 February 2003 establishing the establishment of the Joint Technical Committees in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Affairs Rural

The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of the Public Service,
Given the Rural Code, including Book III, article R. 812-2;
Seen in Order No. 82-852 On 28 May 1982 as amended on the Joint Technical Committees;
In light of Decree No. 2003-89 of 3 February 2003 establishing joint technical committees at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, as amended By Decree No. 2005-385 of 25 April 2005 and by Decree No. 2006-1171 of 21 September 2006;
In the light of the decree of 3 February 2003 establishing the Joint Technical Committees in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural affairs, as amended by the decree of 7 May 2003 and by the decree of 25 April 2005,

Item 1
Article 7 of the aforementioned decree of 3 February 2003 reads as follows:
" Art. 7. - The Central Joint Technical Committee established by Article 2 of the Decree of 3 February 2003 referred to the Director General of Education and Research shall have jurisdiction to know, within the framework of the provisions of Title III of the Decree of 28 May 1982, of all matters common to several or all of the decentralised or central government departments responsible for education, public agricultural higher education institutions or public institutions Local and national agricultural education and vocational training, with the exception of those mentioned in Article 13. "

Article 10 of the Order of 3 February 2003 is amended as follows:
I.-In the third paragraph, the words: Article R. 812-2 of the Rural Code " Are replaced by the words: " Article R. 812-1 of the Rural Code ".
II. -The list of higher public education establishments referred to in the third paragraph shall be amended as follows:
1 ° deleted:
" National School of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests;
National School Agronomique Paris-Grignon;
Ecole nationale supérieure agronomique de Montpellier;
Ecole nationale supérieure agronomique de Rennes;
Institut national supérieur de formation agroalimentaire de Rennes;
Ecole nationale supérieure des Massy agriculture and food industries;
National Centre for Agricultural Studies in Hot Regions. "
2 ° Added the following statements:
" Institut des sciences et industries du lively et de l' environnement (Agro Paris Tech);
Centre international d' études supérieures en sciences agronomiques (Montpellier Sup Agro);
Institut National Higher Education and Agronomic and Agri-Food Research in Rennes (Agrocampus Rennes). "
