University-Medical Professorship in Care, Teaching and Research Centres Of the list annexed to this Order (Annex I) shall be declared vacant and may be filled in the following conditions.
Professors of hospital-based practitioners who meet the seniority requirement of Article 20 of the aforementioned decree of 24 January 1990 May request their transfer to the jobs listed in Annex I under the conditions set out below.
In the Period of twenty-one days following publication in the Official Journal of this Order, candidates for deployment must address to the Director of the Odontology Training and Research Unit and to the Director General of the Hospital Centre University:
-a transfer request, which can be downloaded from the website: http://www.education.gouv.fr under " Administrative forms " ;
-a detailed résumé;
-a list of their titles and jobs.
The Submit, within the same deadline, a copy of the letter of application and curriculum vitae:
-on the one hand, to the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Research, DPE B12 (Office of Health Personnel), 34, Rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris;
-on the other hand, to the Ministère de la santé et des solidarities, direction of hospitalization and organization of care (office M 2), 8, avenue de Ségur, 75350 Paris Cedex 07.
At the expiration of the time limit set out in section 3 of this Order, the following procedure is applied:
For each job to be filled :
-the Director General of the University Hospital Centre shall immediately submit the application (s) received to the Medical Establishment Commission, which meets in limited training limited to hospital-university staff engaged in Duties at least equivalent to those to which the applicant applies;
-the Director of the Odontology Training and Research Unit shall immediately take the Board of the Unit, which meets in limited training to the teachers of a Rank at least equal to that of professor.
These two bodies have a period of twenty-one days to make their opinions known by proceeding, in the case of multiple applications, to a ranking of the candidates who have received an opinion Favourable.
The opinions expressed are attached to the applications and sent, within the next six weeks The date of publication in the Official Journal of this Order, by the Director of the Training and Research Unit of Odontology at the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Director General of the University Hospital Centre at the Ministry of Health and Solidarity
Persons of French nationality and nationals of the European Union or other States party to the agreement on the European Economic Area may apply to the competitions for the recruitment of teachers University-based hospitals in dental care, teaching and research centres, under the following conditions defined by type of competition.
Type 1 contest organized pursuant to article 21
of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 (cf. Annex II)
Candidates must, at the closing date of the Submission of applications:
1 ° Be the holder of the authorisation to conduct research or doctoral studies.
The diplomas and foreign credentials granted for access to the functions of a teacher-researcher shall be granted. Rank in higher education institutions in the country in which they are delivered. Candidates must provide to this effect a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France that expressly certifies that the diploma or title obtained in that country by the person concerned provides access to the functions of a teaching-scientist of the same rank That those entrusted to the professors of the hospital-medical practitioners of the centres of dental care, teaching and research in the higher education institutions of the country concerned. Application files which do not include this certificate cannot be declared admissible;
2 ° Masters of conferences of hospital-medical practitioners in the centres of care, dental teaching and research or teachers The first or second degree of dentaire-odontologists of dental consulting and treatment services and justify at least three years of duties in the position of activity, secondment or delegation in one of these Body.

Type 2 competition Organised pursuant to Article 21-2
of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 (cf. Appendix II)
A candidate who has been a member of a foreign institution for at least two years Of higher education or research, teaching or research functions at least equivalent to those assigned to conference masters.
Candidates in these competitions must have the authority to conduct Research or doctorate of state.
It is admitted that foreign degrees and diplomas can be granted access to the duties of a teaching-researcher of the same rank in the higher education institutions of the country. Candidates must provide to this effect a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France that expressly certifies that the diploma or title obtained in that country by the person concerned provides access to the functions of a teaching-scientist of the same rank That those entrusted to the professors of the hospital-medical practitioners in the centres of dental care, teaching and research in the higher education institutions of the country concerned.
The application package is addressed, preferably with a simple recommended mailing (without notice of receipt), no later than February 17, 2006 at midnight (the stamp of The position being authentic), to the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research (Office of the Organisation for Recruitment of Higher Education Personnel, DPE A 10) 110, rue de Grenelle, 75357 Paris 07 SP.
The application package must include the following documents:
a) A nomination form, downloadable from the Website http://www.education.gouv.fr under " Administrative forms " ;
(b) A photocopy of the national identity card or, failing that, a certificate of nationality;
(c) A photocopy of diplomas (for diplomas and Foreign titles: a certificate from the embassy of the country concerned in France);
(d) An administrative certificate showing the duration of the duties required to present themselves, a copy of the appointment or integration orders;
e) For Candidates for type 2 competitions organised pursuant to Article 21-2 of the Decree of 24 January 1990 referred to above, an attestation from one or more Heads of foreign institution of higher education or research expressly certifying that The teaching or research functions carried out by them in their institution are at a level equivalent to those entrusted to the lecturers of the university-practitioners of hospitals in the centres of care, teaching and research Dental. Applications that do not include this certification cannot be declared admissible;
f) For candidates who wish to be registered in a hospital discipline different from the academic discipline, an application Written on a free paper specifying the heading of the academic and hospital disciplines considered (the academic discipline being that indicated on the declaration of application) and tending to include that hospital discipline In relation to their name in the case of entry on the list of admissions mentioned in Article 25 of the decree of 24 January 1990 mentioned above; only those candidates registered in the relevant hospital discipline may apply for jobs marked Hospital discipline;
g) A detailed curriculum vitae;
(h) Two envelopes of format 162 x 229 mm, labelled at the address of the applicant and cleared at the rate in effect;
i) For persons requesting a decrease or Waiver of age limit, an application, which can be downloaded from the website http://www.education.gouv.fr under " Administrative forms ", and any document to assess the application;
j) To satisfy the mobility obligation For type 1 competitions organised under Article 21 of the aforementioned decree of 24 January 1990, an attestation by the director of the host institution specifying the nature and duration of the activities performed.
Any document in language
must be translated into French.
Only folders with all required parts will be examined.
For the purposes of sections 21, 21-2 and 22 of the aforementioned decree of January 24, 1990, the date of commencement of the tests is set to April 7, 2006.
Candidates in a discipline whose job at least has been filled by means of Transfer are notified, by individual letter, either of the decrease in the number of jobs offered or of the elimination of the competition if all of the jobs offered have been filled by transfer. In the latter case, the application is automatically cancelled.
Candidates who wish to withdraw their applications may do so before the date fixed for the start of the tests, exclusively by registered letter, to the office that registered Registration.
The list of candidates allowed to compete is jointly decided by the Minister of Education National, Higher Education and Research and the Minister of Health and Solidarity.
Candidates Permission to compete is required to send directly, to a date and to the addresses to be given to them:
1 ° To all members of the competent jury:
a) A statement of their titles and works;
b) If applicable, a copy of the Application referred to in f of Article 8, above;
2 ° To the chairperson of the competent jury and to the rapporteurs, in addition to the document referred to above:
a) A copy of the certificates, diplomas and certificates deposited at the time of registration;
(b) At their choice, all or part of their books and prints other than their publications.
The Director of Personnel Teachers and the director of hospitalisation and the organisation of care shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published as well as its annexes in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
