In the light of the decree of 14 May 1990 laying down the procedure for Recruitment of conference masters from hospital-medical practitioners in the centres of dental care, teaching and research, and the professors of the hospital-practitioners of hospitals in the centres of care, teaching and research Dentistry;
Having regard to the decree of 27 December 1999 laying down the list of subjects in which a practical pedagogical test is organised pursuant to Article 12 of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 on the status of teaching staff And hospital care, teaching and dental research centres in hospital and university centres,
Stop:
University-Hospital-Practitioner Conference Master's jobs in care, education, and Of dental research designated in the list annexed to this Order (Annex I) shall be declared vacant and may be filled in the following conditions.
University-medical practitioners' conference masters in dental care, teaching and research centres who meet the condition Of the seniority provided for in Article 8 of the Decree of 24 January 1990 may apply to the jobs listed in Annex I under the conditions set out below.
Within twenty-one days of publication in the Official Journal of this Order, candidates for deployment must address the Director of the Training Unit and Odontology research and the Director General of the University Hospital Centre:
-a transfer request made in accordance with the model given in Annex III (downloadable on the site: http://www.education.gouv.fr, under " Administrative forms) ;
-a detailed curriculum vitae;
-a list of their titles and jobs.
Applicants, within the same timeframe, send a copy of the application letter and curriculum vitae:
-on the one hand, to the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research, DPE B 12 (Office of Health Personnel), 61-65, rue Dutot, 75732 Paris Cedex 15;
-on the other hand, to the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled, Direction de l' hospitalisation et de l' organisation des soins (bureau M 2), 8, avenue de Ségur, 75350 Paris Cedex 07.
A The expiry of the period laid down in Article 3 of this Decree shall be applied to the following procedure:
For each of the jobs to be filled:
-the Director General of the University Hospital Centre shall immediately submit the Applications received at the Medical Establishment Commission which meets in limited training limited to hospital-university staff performing duties at least equivalent to those to which the person concerned applies;
-the Director The training and research unit of odontology immediately seizes the board of the unit which meets in limited training for teachers at least equal to that of a lecturer.
These two bodies have a time limit Twenty-one days to make their opinions known by proceeding, in the case of multiple applications, to a ranking of candidates who have received a favourable opinion.
The opinions expressed are attached to the applications and sent, within six weeks from the date of publication in the Official Journal of this Order, by the Director of the Odontology Training and Research Unit in the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research and the Director General of the University Hospital Centre at the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with disabilities
Persons of French nationality And nationals of the Member States of the European Union or other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area may apply to the competitions for the recruitment of university-practitioner lecturers Hospitals in the centres of dental care, teaching and research, organised in accordance with Article 9 of the decree of 24 January 1990 as amended (cf. Schedule II), under the following conditions.
Candidates must be older than Not more than forty-five years from the first of January of the year in which the competition is organised and, on the closing date of the application, the following conditions shall be fulfilled:
1 :
-PhD under Article 16 of the Law of 26 January 1984 on Higher Education;
-Comprehensive Studies Diploma;
-Empowerment to Conduct Research or Doctorate of State;
-Diploma of Studies and Research in Human biology;
-degree of studies and research in odontological sciences or titles and works accepted as equivalent to this degree, before September 30, 1985, for the preparation of the doctorate of state in odontology;
-doctorate of Third cycle;
-foreign degrees and titles that allow access to teaching-researcher functions of the same rank in the higher education institutions of the country in which they are issued. Candidates must provide to this effect a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France that expressly certifies that the diploma or title obtained in that country by the person concerned provides access to the functions of a teaching-scientist of the same rank Those entrusted to the lecturers of the university-medical practitioners of hospitals in the centres of dental care, teaching and research in the higher education institutions of the country concerned. Application files that do not include this certificate cannot be declared admissible;
2 ° Have been employed for at least two years as teaching hospital assistant at the centres of care, teaching and research Dental or university-odontologist assistant for dental consulting and treatment services.

(a) A declaration of application drawn up on the model of Annex IV;
(b) A photocopy of the national identity card or, failing that, a Certificate of nationality;
(c) A photocopy of diplomas (for foreign degrees and diplomas: a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France);
(d) An administrative certificate showing the duration of the duties Required to present, copy of the appointment orders;
e) A detailed curriculum vitae;
f) Two envelopes of format 162 x 229 mm in the address of the candidate and cleared at the current rate;
g) For candidates who Wish to be enrolled in a hospital discipline different from academic discipline, a free paper application specifying the heading of the academic and hospital disciplines considered (the academic discipline Being that indicated on the declaration of application) and tending to have that hospital discipline in the name of their names in the event of entry on the list of admission referred to in Article 12 of the aforementioned decree of 24 January 1990; Only candidates registered in the relevant hospital discipline will be able to apply for jobs with reference to this discipline at the hospital level;

For the purposes of sections 9 and 10 of the aforementioned decree of January 24, 1990, the date of commencement of the tests is set to April 9, 2004.
Candidates in a discipline whose job at least has been filled by means of a transfer Are notified by individual letter either of the decrease in the number of jobs offered or of the elimination of the competition if all the jobs offered have been filled by transfer. In the latter case, the application is automatically cancelled.
Candidates who wish to withdraw may do so before the date fixed for the start of the tests, exclusively by registered letter to the office that registered Registration.
The list of candidates allowed to compete is established jointly by the Minister of Youth, national education and research, and the Minister of Health, Family and People with Disabilities.
Candidates who are allowed to compete are required to send directly, to a date and to the addresses that will be given to them:
1 ° To all members of the appropriate jury:
a) A statement of their titles and jobs;
b) If applicable, a copy of the application referred to in the g of Article 8, above;
2 ° To the chairperson of the competent jury and to the rapporteurs, in addition to the document referred to above:
