DECRET
Signing delegation order of January 21, 2004

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 Amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of the amended Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 fixing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 on the appointment of the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation, housing, tourism and the sea;
In light of the December 19, 2002 Order in Council appointing the Director of Marine, Ports and Coastal Transportation;
In light of the amended Order in Council of January 31, 2003. ;
In view of the Order of 30 May 1997 amending the organisation of the Directorate of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastlines;
In view of the Decision of 30 May 1997 laying down the organisation of the sub-directorates in the offices of the Transport Directorate Seaboard, Seaports and Seaboard;
In view of the January 20, 2003 signing delegation order,
Describes:

Article 1


Article 1 of the decree of 31 January 2003 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, the delegation of signature provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 20 January 2003 shall devolved, within the limits of their Assignments, to Martine Bonny, Chief of Service, to Mr. Michel Meynet, Chief of Service, Mr. Marc Jacquet, Bridge and Footwear Engineer, and Mr. Jean-Pierre Bouchut, Civilian Administrator. "

Item 2


Sections 2 and 3 of the Order are replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, and Mr. Marc Jacquet, Engineer of Bridges and Footwear, Delegation is given to Mr. Christian Locq, Senior Administrative Attaché Mr. Nicolas Péhau, Director of Maritime Affairs, Ms. Marie-Sophie Dufau-Richet, Civil Administrator, and Mr. Yvan Laurent, Senior Central Administrative Officer, to sign, within the limits of their duties, and On behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in
. Art. 3. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, and Mr Jean-Pierre Bouchut, civil administrator, is given to Mr Emmanuel Vernier, civil administrator, to Mr Denis Clerin, Senior Central Administrative Officer, and Mr. Yvon Lebascle, Central Administrative Attaché, to sign, within the limits of their duties and on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Housing, Tourism and The sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 3


Articles 5 and 6 of the same Decree shall be replaced by The following provisions:
" Art. 5. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, Martine Bonny, Head of Service, and Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, Delegation is given to Mrs. Arielle Jacques-Himmer, Sign, within the limits of its powers and on behalf of the Minister for Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding the Decrees.
" Art. 6. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, Martine Bonny, Head of Service, and Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, Delegation to Mr. Jacques Dupendant, Agent And, in the absence of Mr. Jacques Dupendant, to Mr. Eric Rolland, attached to the deconcentrated services, to sign, within the limits of their duties and on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and The sea, excluding orders-in-council, all acts, orders, decisions, delegations and notifications of programme authorisations, as well as all supporting documents for expenditure. "

Article 4


The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
