Signing delegation order of January 21, 2004

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
In view of the decree of 17 June 2002 Appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister for equipment, transport, housing, Tourism and the sea;
In light of Decree No. 2002-984 of 12 July 2002 on powers delegated to the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea;
In the light of the decree of 19 December 2002 appointing the Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and coastline;
In view of the Decision of 30 May 1997 amending the organisation of the Directorate of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastlines;
In view of the Decision of 30 May 1997, as amended, establishing the organisation of the sub-directorates in the offices of the The direction of marine transportation, ports and coastlines;
In light of the amended Order in Council of February 5, 2003 with delegated signing delegation,
Décrète:

Article 1


Article 2 of the decree of 5 February 2003 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, the delegation of signature provided for in Article 1 above shall, within the limits of their powers, devolved to Mrs Martine Bonny, Chief of Service, Mr. Michel Meynet, Chief of Service, Mr. Jean-Baptiste Maillard, Deputy Director, Mr. Marc Jacquet, Bridge and Footwear Engineer, and Mr. Jean-Pierre Bouchut, Civilian Administrator. "

Section 3 of the Order is replaced by the following:
" Art. 3. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, and Mr. Marc Jacquet, Bridge and Footwear Engineer, delegation is given to Mr. Christian Locq, Senior Administrative Attaché Mr. Nicolas Péhau, Director of Maritime Affairs, Ms. Marie-Sophie Dufau-Richet, Civil Administrator, and Mr. Yvan Laurent, Senior Central Administrative Officer, to sign, within the limits of their duties, and On behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council. "

Section 4 of the Order is replaced by the following:
" Art. 4. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, and Mr Jean-Pierre Bouchut, civil administrator, is given to Mr Emmanuel Vernier, civil administrator, to Mr Denis Clérin, principal central administrative officer, and Mr Yvon Lebascle, Central Administrative Attaché, to sign, within the limits of their powers and on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea, all acts, orders and Decisions, excluding Orders in Council. "

Section 7 of the Order is replaced by the following:
" Art. 7. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, Martine Bonny, Head of Service, and Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, Delegation is given to Mrs. Arielle Jacques-Himmer, To the effect of signing, within the limits of its powers and on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding orders-in-council. "

Section 8 of the Order is replaced by the following:
" Art. 8. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, Martine Bonny, Head of Service, and Mr Michel Meynet, Head of Service, delegation is given to Mr Jacques Dupendant, Agent , in the absence of Mr Jacques Dupendant, to Mr Eric Rolland, attached to the decentralised services, to the effect of signing, within the limits of their powers and on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea, excluding the decrees, All acts, orders, decisions, delegations and notifications of programme authorisations, as well as all supporting documents for expenditure.

Article 6


The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Secretary of State for Transport And to the sea shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
