Decree of 22 January 2004 amending the decree of 20 October 2000 establishing joint administrative committees in the public treasury services

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning and Associate Minister Budget and budgetary reform,
In the light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the function State of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-451 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Administrative Committees;
In view of Decree No. 2002-121 of 31 January 2002 concerning the recruitment without competition in certain bodies of civil servants of Category C of the public service of the State;
In view of the decree of 20 October 2000 establishing joint administrative committees in the public treasury services;
On the proposal of the Director General of Public Accounts,
Stop:

Item 1


The Order of October 20, 2000, is amended as follows:
I.-In Article 1, the words: Agents of Service " Referred to the Joint Administrative Committee No 10 are deleted.
II. -In Article 3, the words: And the general paymaster of cooperation " And the last paragraph are deleted.
III. -In Article 4, the words: The general payer at the French Embassy in Algeria " Are deleted.
IV. -The composition of the central APCs n ° 8 and n ° 10 is modified as follows:

However, the commissions Shall continue to function at the date of publication of this Order until the expiration of the term of office of their members.

Article 2


The Director of Personnel, Modernization and Administration and the Director General of Public Accounts shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, each of which shall be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
