DECRET
Decree of 21 January 2003 appointing the Director of Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture.

The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Given Article 13 of the Constitution;
Having regard to the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 on the application of Article 25 of Law No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 establishing the higher employment for which the appointment is left to the decision of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1


Mr. Dominique Sorain, a out-of-class civilian administrator, is appointed Director of Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture, Replacing Mr. Jean-Marie Aurand, who is called on to other functions.

Article 2


The Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture Of the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
