In the light of Decree No. 2004-78 of 21 January 2004 on the compensation of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary-General, the members and the Employees of the High Council for the Future of Health Insurance,

The amount of the monthly lump sum allowance allocated to the President of the High Council for the future of health insurance is set at 3 000 EUR.

The amount of the monthly lump-sum allowance allocated to the Vice-President of the High Council for the future of health insurance is set at EUR 2 000.

The amount of the lump sum allowance allocated to members of the High Council for the future of health insurance is set at 50 EUR per session.

The amount of the compensation for loss of gain paid, for each meeting, to members with the quality of self-employed is fixed on a flat-rate basis. Six times the hourly gross amount of the SMIC within the limit of two allowances per day.

The average amount of the flat-rate allowances provided for in Article 5 of the decree of 21 January 2004, which may be allocated to the staff of the High Council for the future of health insurance, shall be set at 1 500 EUR per study.

The provisions of this Order shall apply on or after October 10, 2003.
