Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, And the Minister of Public Service, of the reform of the State and of the land use planning of 17 December 2002, irrespective of the laws and regulations concerning jobs reserved for the Beneficiaries of the Code of Military Invalidity and War Victims and Disabled Workers, is authorised for the year 2003:
1. The opening of a national competition at the national level for the recruitment of technical assistants from the decentralised services of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs in agricultural technical specialties, engineering Rural and forestry;
2. The opening of eight decentralised external competitions for the recruitment of technical assistants from the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs in agricultural technical specialties, engineering
The total number of places available for competitions is set at 40.
These places are divided in the following manner:
-closed competition: 20;
-external competitions: 20.
The places offered in the competition Internal are divided among the open specialities as follows:
-agricultural techniques: 10;
-rural engineering: 5;
-forest works: 5.
External competitions are deconcentrated, territorial distribution and by Speciality of the places offered for recruitment and the implementation of the recruitment actions of the prefects of the departments for which the competition organizing centres report are defined as follows:

Les Places not provided by the beneficiaries of the legislation on reserved jobs will be carried forward on a contractual basis for all the jobs offered to disabled workers.

For the closed competition, the deadline for the withdrawal of telematics files and pre-registration is February 21, 2003.
For external competitions, the deadline for the withdrawal of the Files is scheduled for February 21, 2003.
Registration records will be closed on March 14, 2003.
For the closed competition and the special technical aptitude test, the date of the tests, the composition of the selection board and the list of candidates admitted to To compete will be the subject of an order from the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs.
