ARRETE
Order of 31 December 2002 approving bodies authorised to carry out checks of the limit values of vinyl chloride concentration in the workplace atmosphere

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Given the code of the Work, and in particular Articles R. 231-55 and R. 231-55-1;
In light of Decree No. 2001-97 of 1 February 2001 laying down special rules for the prevention of carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic risks for reproduction;
In view of the 20 August 1996 on the quality control to be met by the bodies requesting approval for chemical risk control under Article R. 231-55 of the Labour Code, as amended by the decree of 20 August 2001;
In view of the opinion of the Professional Risk Prevention Board;
In view of the opinion of the National Commission on Occupational Health and Safety in Agriculture,
Stop:

Item 1


Is registered to take vinyl chloride samples only for a period of one year on January 1 2003 until 31 December 2003, the following organization:
EPE, cabinet JY Llinares, 8, rue d' Endoume, 13264 Marseille Cedex 7.

Article 2


Approval is granted on a precarious and revocable basis at any time by ministers responsible for labour and agriculture.

Article 3


The Director of Labour Relations and the Director of Operations, Social Policy and Employment are each responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
