In view of the decree of 14 May 1990 setting out The procedure for the recruitment of lecturers from universities-hospital-practitioners in the centres of dental care, teaching and research, and the professors of the hospital-medical-practice hospitals of the care centres, of teaching And dental research;
In the light of the decree of 27 December 1999 laying down the list of subjects in which a practical pedagogical test is organised pursuant to Article 12 of Decree No. 90-92 of 24 January 1990 on the status of Teaching and hospital staff at the hospital and university centres for dental care, teaching and research, Stop:
University-Hospital-Practitioner Conference Master's jobs in care, education, and Of dental research designated in the list annexed to this Order (Annex I) shall be declared vacant and may be filled in the following conditions.
Conference Masters of the Hospital-Practitioner University of Care, Teaching and Dental Research Centres who meet the condition Of the seniority provided for in Article 8 of the Decree of 24 January 1990 may request their transfer to the jobs listed in Annex I, under the conditions defined below.
Within a period of twenty-one days after the publication of this Order in the Official Journal, candidates for deployment must address the Director of the Training Unit and Odontology research and the Director General of the University Hospital Centre:
-a transfer request made in accordance with the template given in Annex III (downloadable from http://www.education.gouv.fr, under " Administrative forms) ;
-a detailed curriculum vitae;
-a list of their titles and jobs.
Applicants, within the same timeframe, send a copy of the application letter and curriculum vitae:
-on the one hand, to the Ministère de l' éducation nationale, de l' enseignement supérieur et de la recherche, DPE B12 (office of health personnel), 34, rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris;
-on the other hand, to the Ministry of Solidarity, Health and Family, direction Hospitalization and the organization of care (Office M 2), 8, avenue de Ségur, 75350 Paris Cedex 07.
A The expiry of the period laid down in Article 3 of this Decree shall be applied to the following procedure:
For each of the jobs to be filled:
-the Director General of the University Hospital Centre shall immediately submit the Applications received at the Medical Establishment Commission which meets in limited training limited to hospital-university staff performing duties at least equivalent to those to which the person concerned applies;
-the Director The training and research unit of odontology immediately seizes the board of the unit which meets in limited training for teachers at least equal to that of a lecturer.
These two bodies have a time limit Twenty-one days to make their opinions known by proceeding, in the case of multiple applications, to a ranking of candidates who have received a favourable opinion.
The opinions formulated are attached to the applications and sent, within six weeks from the date of publication in the Official Journal of this Order, by Director of the Odontology Training and Research Unit in the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Director General of the University Hospital Centre in the Ministry of Solidarity, Health and family
Nationals The French and the nationals of the Member States of the European Union or of the other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area may apply to the competitions for the recruitment of masters of conferences of the University-medical practitioners in the centres of dental care, teaching and research, organised in accordance with Article 9 of the aforementioned decree of 24 January 1990 (cf. Annex II), under the following conditions.
Candidates Must be forty-five years of age not more than 1 January of the year in which the session of the competition is organised and, on the closing date for applications, meet the following conditions:
1. The following degrees:
-PhD under Section 16 of the Law of 26 January 1984 on Higher Education;
-Comprehensive Studies Diploma;
-Empowerment to Conduct Research or Doctorate of State;
-Diploma of Studies and Research in human biology;
-diploma in studies and research in odontological sciences or titles and works accepted as equivalent to this degree, before September 30, 1985, for the preparation of the doctorate of state in odontology;
- Doctoral degree;
-foreign degrees and diplomas that provide access to teaching-researcher functions of the same rank in the higher education institutions of the country in which they are issued. Candidates must provide to this effect a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France that expressly certifies that the diploma or title obtained in that country by the person concerned provides access to the functions of a teaching-scientist of the same rank Those entrusted to the lecturers of the university-medical practitioners of hospitals in the centres of dental care, teaching and research in the higher education institutions of the country concerned. Application files that do not include this certificate cannot be declared admissible;
2 ° Have been employed for at least two years as teaching hospital assistant at the centres of care, teaching and research Dental or university-odontologist assistant for dental consulting and treatment services.
The Candidatment File is addressed, preferably with a simple recommendation (without notice of receipt), no later than February 18, 2005 at midnight (postmark), to the Ministry of Education, Education Office of Higher Education Personnel Recruitment Organization (DPE A10), 110, rue de Grenelle, 75357 Paris 07 SP.
The application package must include the following documents:
a) A nomination paper prepared on the model of Annex IV;
b) A photocopy of the card National identity or, failing that, a certificate of nationality;
(c) A photocopy of the diplomas (for foreign degrees and diplomas: a certificate from the embassy of the country under consideration in France);
(d) An administrative certificate The duration of the duties required to present themselves, copies of the appointment orders;
e) A detailed curriculum vitae;
(f) Two envelopes of format 162 x 229 millimeters, addressed to the candidate and cleared at the Vigor;
g) For candidates who wish to be enrolled in a hospital discipline different from academic discipline, an application written on a free paper specifying the academic and hospital disciplines Considered (the academic discipline is that which is indicated on the declaration of application) and tending to have that hospital discipline next to their name in the event of entry on the list of admissions mentioned in the article 12 of the aforementioned decree of 24 January 1990; only candidates registered in the relevant hospital discipline will be able to apply for jobs with reference to this discipline in hospital;
(h) For persons seeking a decrease or An age limit exemption, an application based on the model in Annex V, and any documentation to assess the application.

For the purposes of Articles 9 and 10 of the Decree of 24 January 1990, the date of commencement of the tests shall be as of 8 April 2005

Candidates who wish to withdraw may do so before the date fixed for the start of the tests, exclusively by registered letter to the office that registered Registration.
