In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
In view of the decree of 25 May 2000 appointing the Director of Rural and Forest Space;
In view of the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the decree of 23 May 2002 on the delegation of Signature, as amended by the Decree of 8 July 2002;
Having regard to the Order of 2 July 1999 on the organisation and remit of the management of the countryside and the forest;
Having regard to the Order of 2 July 1999 concerning the organisation of the services of the Rural and forest management;
In view of the decree of 16 May 2002 on the delegation of signing for the direction of the rural and forest area,
Décrète:
Article 2 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. - In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg and Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys, Mr. François Roche-Bruyn, Deputy Warden, Mr. Jean-Claude Vial, Chief Engineer of Rural Engineering, Water and Forestry, and Ms. Anne Barrillon, Ms. Catherine Sarrach de Menthière and Claire Hubert, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forestry, have signed, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Orders in Council, all Acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them. "
Article 3-3 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 3-3. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg, Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys and Claire Hubert, Mr. André Labarrière, Chief Engineer of Rural, Water and Forestry, a delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it. "
Article 3-7 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 3-7. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg and Ms. Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys, Mr. Jean-Luc Flot, Divisional Engineer, Water and Forestry, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, to sign Food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it. "
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
