Decree of 21 December 2006 extending the Interprofessional Agreement of 14 November 2006 on the financing of promotion, communication, research and development actions, Experimentation and other actions of general interest in the French oilseed sector for crop years 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries,
In view of Article L. 632-3 of Book VI of the Rural Code Agricultural interprofessional organisation;
In view of the decree of 20 March 1978 on the recognition of the National Interprofessional Organisation for Oilseeds (ONIDOL);
In view of the agreement reached on 14 November 2006 within the framework of the Organisation National Oilseed Interprofessional,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the Interprofessional Agreement, concluded on 14 November 2006 within the framework of the Organization Interprofessional National Oilseeds (ONIDOL) (1), relating to the financing of promotion, communication, research and development, experimentation and other general interest actions for the French oilseed sector Are extended for the 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 Campaigns.

Article 2


The Director General of Economic Policy, The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible for this task. Relating to the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
