The former pupil of the Ecole nationale supérieure de sécurité sociale who breaks his commitment before the end of the ten-year period provided for in Article R. 123-35 of the Social Security Code must repay the The amount of wages and allowances received during his or her education, as a proportion of the number of years remaining, from the date of the breakdown of the commitment, to the duration of service of ten years.
