The former pupil of the Ecole nationale supérieure de sécurité sociale who breaks his commitment before the end of the ten-year period provided for in Article R. 123-35 of the Social Security Code must repay the The amount of wages and allowances received during his or her education, as a proportion of the number of years remaining, from the date of the breakdown of the commitment, to the duration of service of ten years.
For the application of the provisions In the preceding paragraph, the periods completed in one of the three public functions shall be regarded as periods within a social security organisation.

Any breach of the employment contract of a former pupil before the expiry of the ten-year period following his departure from the Ecole Nationale de sécurité Must be reported to school by the director of the last employing organization. Any labour loans made by the former student during the same period must also be reported at school.

The school board of directors may grant a full or partial reimbursement to the former student who has not fulfilled his or her commitment.
