DECISION
Decision of 11 January 2006 with delegation of signature (direction of school education)

The Director of School Education,
In accordance with Decree n ° 2003-317 of 7 April 2003 concerning the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, National education and research;
Given the decree n ° 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on the signature delegations of the members of the Government, in particular Article 3;
In view of the decree of 7 April 2003 on the organization of The central administration of the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research;
In view of the decree of 7 April 2003 on the organisation of the sub-directorates of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, Education National and search,
Decides:

Item 1

To ensure continuous service, delegation is given to Mr. Jean-Marc Goursolas, Chief of Service, Assistant To the Director of Education, for the purpose of signing, on behalf of the Minister responsible for national education, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of the powers of the Directorate of Education.

Article 2

In order to ensure continuous service, delegation is given to Mr Bernard Colonna of Istria, Head of Service, Deputy Head of the The Director of Education, for the purpose of signing, on behalf of the Minister responsible for National Education, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council, within the limits of the powers of the School Education Directorate.

Article 3

This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
