ARRETE
Order of 8 January 2007 commistering in 2007 the agents of the fruit and vegetable agricultural economic committees pursuant to Article L. 215-1 (8 °) of the Consumer Code

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In the light of Regulation (EC) 1148/2001 of 12 June 2001 concerning compliance checks with the Marketing applicable in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector;
Given the code of consumption, in particular Article L. 215-1;
Given the rural code, in particular Articles L. 552-2, R. 552-15 and R. 553-14;
In view of Article 65 of the Finance Act of 27 February 1912, as amended by Article 3 of the Decree-Law of 14 June 1938;
In light of Decree No. 2005-671 of 16 June 2005 on the powers of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry;
In view of the 30 March decree 1999 approving the agents of the fruit and vegetable agricultural economic committees pursuant to Article L. 215-1 (8 °) of the Consumer Code, as last amended by the decree of 10 April 2006;
In view of the order of 27 June 2005 on the delegation Signature;
On the proposal of the Director General of Competition, Consumption and Fraud Prevention,
Stop:

Article 1


Agents of the Fruit and Vegetables Agricultural Economic Committees approved by the Amended Decree of 30 March 1999 are Commissioned in 2007 to search for and see infringements of Book II of the Consumer Code on the occasion of the checks provided for in Article R. 553-14 of the Rural Code and the provisions of Regulation (EC) 1148/2001 of 12 June 2001
They shall carry out their checks on the characteristics and conditions of the placing on the market of fruit and vegetables, including primers, in the territorial electoral district defined by the Order of 30 June 1998 approving the Agricultural Economic Committees.

Article 2


The Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Enforcement Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
