In view of the decree of 16 December 1998 establishing various services of the management of the museums of France in services subject to national jurisdiction, as amended by the order of 25 February 2003;
In view of the Order of 11 February 1999 establishing a imprest authority with the National Museum of African and Oceanian Arts, as amended by the Order of 9 March 2000;
In view of the Decree of 27 December 2001 on the threshold for exemption Guarantee of the imprest administrators and revenue administrators;
In view of the order of 28 January 2002 on the amount by operation of the expenditure of operating equipment payable through a imprest administrator,

The title of the Order of February 11, 1999, is modified as follows:
Replace: " At the National Museum African and Oceanian Arts " To: " With the National Service of the Dorée Door Aquarium ".
Article 1 of the decree of 11 February 1999 is replaced by the following:
" A imprest authority shall be set up with the national competence of the aquarium of the Dorée gate for the payment of expenditure Listed below:
-food supplies for museum aquarium collections, within the limit of EUR 1 220 per operation;
-urgent purchases and transport of medicinal products, veterinary fees, within the limit of EUR 400 by Operation;
-urgent purchases and transport of rare reptiles and fish, within the limit of EUR 1 525 per operation;
-purchases of aquariological equipment, within the limit of EUR 1 525 per operation;
-urgent purchases, within the limit of 458 EUR per transaction. "
Article 2 of the decree of 11 February 1999 is replaced by the following:
" The amount of The advance to be given to the administrator is set at EUR 15 000.
The advance shall be paid by the general payer of the Consolidated Revenue Fund at the request of the authorising officer concerned by the authorising officer.
The authorising officer shall provide the authorising officer with the supporting documents for the expenditure paid by Its care within the maximum period of thirty days from the date of payment. "
The Director of the General Administration of the Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Director General of Public accounts in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
