Saw the proposal of the national Committee of wines and brandies of the national Institute of appellations of origin, in its meetings on September 4 and 5 and 7 and 8 November 2002, stop: Article 1 volumes maximum than some wines of appellation of origin "delimited top quality wines" are changed for the 2002 harvest in accordance with the table attached to this order.


Article 2 the Director of economic and international policy at the Ministry of agriculture, food, fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director-general for competition, consumption and repression of fraud and the Director general of customs and Excise to the Ministry of economy, finance and industry are responsible, each in respect , of the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
