Decree of 31 December 2002 on the fixing of the yield of certain wines with an appellation of origin d' controlled origin of 2002 harvest

Given the General Tax Code;
Due to the Customs Code;
Due to the Rural Code;
Due to the Consumer Code;
In the light of Decree No. 87-854 of 22 October 1987 on the development and performance of vineyards on farms producing wines, natural sweet wines and liqueur wines with an appellation of origin;
In view of Decree No. 2002-1325 of 5 November 2002 on the conditions of Production and performance of vineyards producing wines with controlled designation of origin;
Given the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 4 and 5 September 2002,
Stop :

Article 1

For the controlled appellations of origin listed below, the performance target referred to in the third paragraph of Article 4 of the Decree of 5 November 2002 referred to above shall be fixed for the 2002 harvest in accordance with the table annexed to this Order.

Article 2

The Director of Economic and International Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director General of Competition, Consumer and Fraud Prevention And the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
