ARRETE
Decree of 27 December 2002 amending the amended decree of 28 September 2001 on the authorisation of associations to provide training for the staff of holiday and leisure centres

The Minister of Youth, National Education and Research,
In view of Act No. 2001-624 of 17 July 2001 on various social, educational and educational provisions Cultural;
Given the amended Decree No. 60-94 of 29 January 1960 on the protection of minors for the holidays;
In the light of Decree No. 87-716 of 28 August 1987 as amended relating to certificates of fitness for the functions of animator and director Holiday and leisure centres, as amended by Decree No. 2001-896 of 28 September 2001, in particular Article 14-1;
Having regard to Decree No 94-169 of 25 February 1994 on the organisation of decentralised services and public establishments Under the Ministry of Youth and Sports;
In light of Decree No. 2002-959 of 4 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Youth, National Education and Research;
In view of the decree of 28 September 2001 concerning To the empowerment of associations to provide training for vacation and leisure centre settings,
Stop:

Article 1


In Article 12 of the above-mentioned Order of 28 September 2001, the words: " Until 31 December 2002 " Are replaced by The words: " Until 15 May 2003 ".

Article 2


The Employment and Training Officer and Regional Directors of Youth, Sports and leisure activities shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
