Decision of 5 January 2006 with delegation of signature (Legal Affairs Department)

The Director, Head of Legal Affairs,
In light of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture, of Food and fishing, as amended by Decree No. 2003-238 of 17 March 2003, by Decree No. 2004-1428 of 23 December 2004 and by Decree No. 2005-385 of 25 April 2005;
In the light of Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning delegations of Signature of the members of the Government, in particular Article 3;
In view of the decree of 25 April 2005 on the organisation and remit of the Secretariat-General;
In view of the decree of 25 April 2005 on the organisation of the General Secretariat;
Vu Decision of 15 September 2005 with delegated signing authority,
Decides:

Item 1

1 of Article 1 of the decision of 15 September 2005 is repealed.

Article 2

In Article 4 of the decision of 15 September 2005, the words: " Ms. Danielle Gozard and Mr. Pierre Pellissier, civilian administrators outside Class " Are replaced by the words: " Ms. Danielle Gozard, Deputy Director of Personnel, Trusteeship Institutions and Contracts, Mr. Pierre Pélissier, Civilian Non-Class Administrator ".

Article 3

This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
