Order of 30 December 2005 Delegation of Signing (Directorate of Economic and Financial Affairs)

Director of Economic and Financial Affairs,
In light of Decree No. 98-1124 of 10 December 1998 amending the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Business Foreign;
In view of Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on the signature delegations of the members of the Government, in particular Article 3;
In view of the decree of 10 December 1998 concerning the organisation of the central administration Ministry of Foreign Affairs,

Item 1


Delegation is given to Mr. Marc Abensour, Foreign Affairs Advisor, to sign on behalf of the Minister of Foreign affairs and within the limits of its powers, all acts relating to the export, import and transit of war material and related material, as well as all acts relating to the export of goods Dual use, civilian helicopters and spare parts.

Article 2


Delegation is given to Mr. Emmanuel Pineda, Secretary To sign, on behalf of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and within the limits of his powers, all acts relating to the export of dual-use goods, civil helicopters and their parts Detached.

Delegation is given to Miss Isabelle Millet Delpech de Frayssinet, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, for Sign, on behalf of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and within the limits of his powers, all acts relating to the export, import and transit of war material and related material.

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
