Order dated November 28, 2002, reorganization of accounting positions for deconcentrated services from the Consolidated Revenue Fund

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Given the Public Health Code, including articles L. 6132-3 and L. 6145-8;
In light of Decree No. 95-869 of the Amended August 2, 1995 fixing the special status of employees in category A of the Public Treasury;
In light of the December 21, 2001, amended Order classifying the non-centralizing accounting positions of the Treasury deconcentrated services;
Vu The decree of the director of the regional agency for the hospitalization of Rhône-Alpes of 19 February 2002 establishing an inter-hospital union between the hospital centre of Vienna, the hospital of Montgelas de Givors and the hospital of Condrieu and appointment of an accountant;
On the report of the Director General of Public Accounts,
Stop:

Article 1

The accounting and financial management of the Vienna Interhospital Union, Givors and Condrieu is attached to the Cash flow in the City of Vienna (Department of the Isère).

Article 2

The Director General of Public Accounts is responsible for The execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
