Summary
This Order, which is part of the implementation of the development and reduction of working time (ARTT) in public scientific and technological institutions (EPST), and in the centre The purpose of the employment studies is to determine the methods of compensation for the periodic penalty payments to which the staff working in those establishments are subjected. Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Research, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Public Service and Reform Of the State,
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of working time in the public service of the State, in particular Article 5 thereof;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-69 of 15 January 2002 laying down the system of Premium for participation in scientific research in certain public scientific and technological institutions;
In view of the opinion of the Joint Technical Committee on Higher Education and Research dated 7 December 2001,
