ARRETE
Order of 4 January 2002 fixing the distribution of the seats of staff representatives on the Central Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of Personnel, Services and Modernization of the Department of Equipment, Transportation and Housing

The Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing,
Due to Act No. 84-16 of January 11, 1984, as amended to include statutory provisions relating to the Public Service The State, in particular its Article 15;
In view of Decree No. 84-956 of 25 October 1984, together with the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees of the State Civil Service;
Having regard to the Order of 12 September 1997 Amended to set up joint technical committees at headquarters and in the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing, and in particular Article 1,

Article 1

Staff representatives on the Central Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of Personnel, Services and modernization of the Ministry of Equipment, Transportation and Housing are designated by the following trade unions, with seats allocated as follows:

Article 2

Incumbent and Substitute Representatives Staff shall be appointed by the trade unions in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 within eight days from the date of notification of this Order.

Article 3

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
