Signing delegation order of January 3, 2002

The Minister of the Interior,
In accordance with Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Order No. 85-1057 Dated 2 October 1985 concerning the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
Having regard to the decree of 2 June 1997 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 4 June 1997 on the composition of the Government;
In light of the Order in Council dated February 17, 2000, appointing a Director at Headquarters;
In view of the Order of October 3, 1985, as amended on the organization and duties of the Directorate-General for Administration;
Vu The modified June 5, 2001, Signing Delegation Order,

Item 1


Section 2-2 of the June 5, 2001 Order reads as follows:
" Art. 2-2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Michèle Kirry, of MM. Jean Benet, Vianney Sevaistre, Jacques Miet and Alex Merali, the delegation which is granted to them is exercised, within the limits of their respective powers, by MM. Stanislas Bourron and Thierry Mosimann, civil administrators, Ms Marie-Jeanne Gaxie, Senior Central Administration Officer, Mr. Jean-François Simon, Central Administrative Attaché, Miss Bernadette Muckensturm, prefecture attachment, and Ms. Andrée Buxeraud, Senior Central Administration Officer, directly under the respective authority of Ms. Michèle Kirry, Mr. Jean Benet, Vianney Sevaistre, Jacques Miet and Alex Merali. "

Article 2


Article 4 of the same order reads as follows:
" Art. 4. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Eric Pilloton and Mr. Laurent de Galard, Ms. Corinne Crevot, Senior Central Administrative Officer, and Ms. Elisabeth Daval, Central Administrative Officer, directly under the authority of Mr. Eric Pilloton, Annie-Claude Crochemore and Dominique Edmond-Nirennold and Mr. Jacques Pecchioli, Central Administrative Attachments, directly under the authority of Mr. de Galard, are authorized to sign current correspondence in the Limit of their respective powers. "

Article 3


Article 6 of the same order reads:
" Art. 6. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Laurent Prévost, the civil administrator, head of the office for the organisation and operation of the prefectures, his delegation shall be exercised:
" -within the limits of its powers, by Ms. Claude Dulamon, civil administrator, directly under the authority of Mr. Laurent Prévost;
" -within the limits of their respective powers, by Mr. Pierre Couturier, Senior Central Administrative Attaché, and Miss Isabelle Herréro, a central administrative officer, with respect to all current accounts and correspondence. "

Article 4


Article 7 of the same order reads as follows:
" Art. 7. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Laurent Prévost and Ms. Claude Dulamon, Ms. Michèle Boulic and Ms. Catherine Dagorn, attached to Headquarters, are authorized to sign current correspondence, within the limits of their Respective allotments. "

Article 5


Article 8 of the same order reads as follows:
" Art. 8. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Eric Morvan, Mrs Louise Siadous, principal central administrative officer, directly under the authority of Mr Eric Morvan, is entitled to sign, within the limits of his powers, all acts, Orders, decisions, accounting documents and current correspondence. "

Article 6


Article 9 of the same order reads:
" Art. 9. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Eric Morvan and Mrs Louise Siadous, Ms Laurence Goutard, Senior Central Administrative Officer, and Ms Anne-Sophie Cattaert, Central Administrative Officer, are entitled to sign the Common correspondence, within the limits of their respective duties. "

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
