In view of the Public Health Code, and in particular Article L. 1;
Having regard to Decree No. 97-617 of 30 May 1997 on the Public provision of certain tanning equipment using ultraviolet radiation, and in particular Article 14 thereof;
Having regard to the order of 9 December 1997 concerning the conditions for the approval of bodies authorised to carry out checks on Tanning installations using ultraviolet radiation;
In the light of the decree of 14 September 1998 establishing the list of specialised specialised bodies to carry out the technical inspection provided for in Article 14 of Decree No. 97-617 of 30 May 1997 Concerning the making available to the public of certain tanning equipment using ultraviolet radiation,
Stop:
The authorisation provided for in Article 14 of the aforementioned decree of 30 May 1997 is withdrawn, at its request, from the specialised body Technical control:
AIF, Stuart-Mill Street, BP 308, 87008 Limoges Cedex (Licence No. 98-01).
The approval provided for in Article 14 of the decree of 30 May 1997 referred to above shall be granted to the specialised technical inspection body with the following name:
Norisko Equipment, Stuart-Mill Street, BP 308, 87008 Limoges Cedex (approval No. 2001-02).
The Director General of Health at the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Order, which Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
