Describes:
The first paragraph of Article 9 of the Decree of 12 October 1945 is replaced by the following:
" The "Pineau des Charentes or" Pineau charentais cannot be delivered to consumption (Retailer, debater, consumer) than put in glass bottles; each bottle shall bear a guarantee capsule or a guarantee stamp from the producers' union and propaganda of the " Pineau des Charentes, which shall be affixed on the basis of the Capsule or cap in paper, to prohibit the opening of the bottle and ensure the integrity of its contents. "
