ARRETE
Order of 28 November 2005 amending the Decree of 19 December 2000 fixing the list of libraries in which several territorial libraries of libraries can be created as well as A list of institutions in which one or more of the territorial chief custodians of libraries can operate

Minister of Culture and Communication and the Minister Delegate to Territorial Communities,
In light of Order No. 91-841 dated September 2, 1991, as amended In particular the employment framework of the territorial library curators, and in particular Articles 2 and 3;
In view of the Decree of 19 December 2000 fixing the list of libraries in which a number of Conservative jobs can be created Of libraries, as well as the list of establishments in which one or more of the territorial chief custodians of libraries may be operating, as amended by the orders of 2 May 2002, 2 December 2003 and 15 March 2005, :

Item 1

Schedules I and II to the Order of December 19, 2000, are amended in accordance with the provisions referred to in Annexes I and II attached to this Order.

Article 2

This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
