ARRETE
Order of 5 January 2006 concerning the annual contribution of managers of public electricity distribution networks to the electrification fund for the year 2005

The Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, and the Minister Delegate to Industry,
Given the I of Article L. 2224-31 of the General Code Local and regional authorities;
In view of Article 108 of the Finance Act of 31 December 1936;
In view of Article 37 of the amending finance law n ° 70-1283 of 31 December 1970 as amended;
In view of Article 26 of the Finance Law Amendment No. 75-622 of 11 July 1975;
In view of Decree No. 47-1997 of 14 October 1947 as amended for the application of Article 38 of Law No. 46-628 of 8 April 1946 on the nationalisation of electricity and gas;
In view of the decree of 9 Amended April 1948 setting the rate and the manner in which the annual contribution of the distributors to the electrification expense fund is collected,

Item 1

Levies for the 2005 electrification of electrification charges According to the number of kWh distributed from works operated in low voltage by public distribution system operators, are calculated by applying the following values:
-0.19 euro cents per kWh for the value Maximum (applicable in urban municipalities within the meaning of Article 8 of the decree of 9 April 1948 referred to above);
-0.038 euro cents per kWh for the minimum value (applicable in rural municipalities within the meaning of Article 8 of the decree of 9 April 1948 above).

Article 2

The above provisions are applicable in the overseas departments, in the community In the following conditions:
The maximum value is applicable in the following communes:
Abymes, Basse-Terre, Pointe-à-Pitre and Saint-Claude in the following conditions: The department of Guadeloupe;
Cayenne in the department of Guiana;
Fort-de-France, Schoelcher and Trinidad in the department of Martinique;
Le Port, Saint-Denis and Saint-Pierre in the department of Réunion;
Mamoudzou in the departmental community of Mayotte.
The minimum value is applicable in other communes.

Article 3

The Director of Energy Demand and Markets and the Director of the Budget shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
