DECRET
Decree of 13 January 2005 appointing the Director General of the National Centre for the establishment of farm structures

The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality,
Given the rural code, and in particular the Articles L. 313-3 and R. 313-13 et seq;
In light of Decree No. 85-834 of 6 August 1985 on appointments to the management of certain public establishments, public undertakings and national corporations and amending Decree No. 59-587 of the 29 April 1959 modified;
On the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality;
The Council of Ministers heard, Décrète:

Item 1


Mr. Michel Jau is appointed Director of the National Centre for the Management of Farm Structures, Replacing André Barbaroux, who is called on to other functions.

Article 2


The Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, Of the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
