ARRETE
Order of 6 January 2005 designating the Natura 2000 wetland of the Queen and Caténa de Rangeval (special protection zone)

The Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
In view of Council Directive 79 /409/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the conservation of wild birds, in particular its Article 4 and its Annex I;
In view of the Environmental Code, in particular Articles L. 414-1-II, L. 414-1-III, R. 214-16, R. 214-18, R. 214-20 and R. 214-22;
In view of the Order of 16 November 2001 concerning the list of bird species which may Justifying the designation of special protection zones under the European ecological network Natura 2000 in accordance with the first paragraph of Article L. 414-1-II of the Environment Code;
In view of the opinions of municipalities and public establishments of Relevant inter-communal cooperation, Stop:

Item 1


Is referred to as " Natura 2000 wetland forest of the Queen and Catena de Rangeval " (field of Special protection FR 4112004) the enclosed space on the map at 1/50 000 enclosed in part of the territory of the following communes:
-in the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle: Ansauville, Boucq, Hamonville, Lagney, Mandres-aux-Quatre-Tours, Kingdomix, Sanzey, Trondes;
-in the Meuse department: Géville, Rambucourt.

Item 2


La List of bird species justifying the designation of " Natura 2000 wetland forest of the Queen and Catena de Rangeval " Is annexed to this Order.
This list and the map referred to in Article 1 above may be consulted To the prefectures of Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Meuse, to the regional direction of the environment of Lorraine and to the direction of nature and landscapes to the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development.

Article 3


The Director of Nature and Landscape is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
