Decree of 31 December 2003 fixing the provisional levies to be taken on the product in respect of the year 2004 of the social contribution of solidarity established by Article L. 651-1 of the Safety Code Social

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with disabilities,
Having regard to Articles L. 651-1 to L. 651-9 of the Social Security Code;
In view of Article 42 of the Finance Law for 2004 (No 2003-1311 of 30 December 2003),
Stop:

Article 1


The product in 2004 of the social solidarity contribution established by Article L. 651-1 of the Code of Solidarity Social security is provisioned between plans or agencies and on the following dates:

Article 2


The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Social Affairs The health, family and disabled persons and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of The French Republic.
