ACT No. 2004-55 of 14 January 2004 authorising the approval of the Convention between the Government of France and the Government of Macedonia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of evasion and avoidance of Tax evasion with respect to taxes on income and wealth (1)

The National Assembly and the Senate have adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following:

Sole Article

Authorized to approve the agreement between the Government of France and the Government of Macedonia in The avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion and avoidance in respect of taxes on income and on capital, signed in Paris on 10 February 1999, the text of which is annexed to this Law (2)
Executed as a state law.
