ARRETE
Order of 2 January 2002 amending the order of 23 October 2000 laying down the organisational arrangements and the programme of competitions for the recruitment of national police peacekeepers

The Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Public Service and State Reform,
Given the National Service Code;
Due to the Code of Military Pensions Disability and war victims;
Law No. 66-492 of 9 July 1966 amending the organization of the national police force;
Given Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983, as amended, relating to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of the amended Act No. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 on orientation and programming relating to security;
In view of Decree No. 95-654 of 9 May 1995 amending the common provisions applicable to the active civil servants of the national police services;
Having regard to Decree No. 95-657 of 9 May 1995 amending the special status of the body of control and application The national police force;
Given the amended Decree No. 95-1197 of 6 November 1995 on the management of the personnel of the national police;
In view of the decree of 23 October 2000 laying down the organisational arrangements and the programme Competitions for the recruitment of national police peacekeepers,
Stop:

Item 1

The Order of October 23, 2000, is amended as follows:
I.-Au 3 (admission tests) Article 3: the physical exercise test coefficient is set at 2.
II. -In 2 (admission tests) of Article 4: the coefficient of physical exercise tests is fixed at 2.
III. -The second subparagraph of Article 5 shall be replaced by the following:
" For the first competition, with the exception of the written test of logical reasoning, physical exercise tests and the foreign language oral test, Any score less than 5 out of 20, out of the coefficient, is eliminatory. "
IV. -The second paragraph of Article 11 is replaced by the following:
" They must undergo the prescribed medical examinations to establish that they meet the physical fitness requirements. "

Article 2

This Order shall apply to the competitions of peacekeepers whose eligibility tests will be conducted After 1 January 2002.

Article 3

The Director General of the National Police shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
