In view of Decree No. 61-340 of 7 April 1961, as amended laying down general provisions applicable to local correspondents of the Directorate-General for Customs and Indirect Rights;
Having regard to Decree No 86-95 of 15 January 1986 concerning the organisation of the Network of local customs and indirect rights correspondents and the provisions applicable to such staff;
In light of Decree No. 93-16 of 4 January 1993 adapting Decree No. 60-253 of 18 March 1960 on the organisation of offices Declarations by the Directorate-General for Taxation, Decree No 61-340 of 7 April 1961 laying down general provisions applicable to the recipients of the General Directorate of Taxation, Decree No 86-95 of 15 January 1986 concerning The organization of the network of local tax correspondents and the provisions applicable to these personnel,

Annual amounts of lump-sum allowances allocated to local customs and duty correspondents Indirect, provided for in Article 5 of the Decree of 15 January 1986 referred to above, shall be set by categories in accordance with the following table:

Compensation for local customs correspondents and indirect rights can be Monthly payments.
Classification in one of the categories provided for in Article 1 of this Order shall be subject to Revaluation every three years.
This Order takes effect as from 1 January 2001 and will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
