Opinion on the extension of a regional agreement (Aquitaine) concluded within the framework of the national collective agreement of enterprises (national collective agreement) d' architecture, in the master sector Building

Pursuant to Article L. 133-12 of the Labour Code, the Minister of Employment, Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make the provisions of the Regional Agreement (Aquitaine) of 16 March compulsory for all employers and employees in the building master sector 2006, relating to the value of the point, concluded in the framework of the national collective agreement for architectural undertakings, as extended by decree of 26 December 2006, published in the Official Journal of 4 January 2007
Departmental management of labour, employment and vocational training in Paris, where it can be read.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to Communicate their observations and opinions on the envisaged generalisation.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing (DGT, office RT 2) 39-43, quai André-Citroën, 75739 Paris Cedex 15.
