ARRETE
Order of 13 December 2006 amending the Order of 19 November 2003 establishing the list of border inspection posts

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries,
In view of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the European Parliament Council of 29 April 2004 on official controls carried out to ensure compliance with the legislation on feed and food and with the animal health and welfare provisions of the Animals;
In view of the Customs Code, in particular Article 24 (1);
In view of the Rural Code, in particular Articles L. 236-1 and L. 236-4;
In view of the Order of 19 November 2003 establishing the list of border inspection posts;
Vu The Order of 9 November 2004 laying down detailed rules for the presentation of the official control of products intended for animal feed from third countries,


. Item 1


Schedule 2 to the Order of November 19, 2003, is replaced by the schedule to this Order.

Article 2


The Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights and the Director General of Food are responsible for each Of the present order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
