DECRET
Decree No. 2006-39 of 6 January 2006 amending Decree No. 88-1109 of 5 December 1988 on the use of supplementary lists of admission for the recruitment of staff Teachers in the higher schools of mines under the Ministry of Industry

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service,
Due to Act No. 83-634 of July 13, 1983 Amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 69-444 of 14 May 1969 amending Special status of teachers in the higher schools of mines under the Ministry of Industry, as amended by Decree No. 75-1241 of 12 December 1975, Decree No. 88-505 of 29 April 1988 and Decree No. 94-410 of 17 May 1994 ;
In the light of Decree No. 88-1109 of 5 December 1988 on the use of supplementary lists of admission for the recruitment of teachers from the higher schools of mines under the Ministry of Industry,
Describes:

Item 1
In Article 1 of the Decree of 5 December 1988 referred to above, the words: May not exceed 100 percent. 100 " Are replaced by the words: " May not exceed 200 %. 100 ".

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, are responsible for each Concerning the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
