In view of the decision authorising the placing on the Market granted on 27 March 1984 to the veterinary medicinal product Pest Management Age for dog, necklace, laboratories Clément-Thékan, 2-4, rue Chaintron, 92120 Montrouge;
In view of the decision to suspend the authorisation to put on the Market, for a duration of 12 months, of the medicinal product Collier pest age for dog as of 11 December 2003;
Considering the absence of regularisation, in terms of manufacturing establishments of this medicinal product, at the end of the decision of the Suspension referred to above,
The Director General of the French Food Safety Agency decides:
Authorization to market the veterinary specialty Collier Pest Management Laboratory Dog Age Clément-Thékan was suspended as of December 11, 2004 for a period of 12 months.
