Notice of suspensions d' marketing authorizations for veterinary drugs

Decision of the Director General of the French Security Agency of 11 December 2004 Food Health (National Agency for Veterinary Medicinal Products)
In view of the fifth part, book Ier, of the Public Health Code, and in particular Articles L. 5141-6, R. 5141-41 and R. 5141-42;
In view of the decision authorising the placing on the Market granted on March 31, 1982 to the veterinary drug named Collier Grand Dog to the dimpylate Vitacanil, necklace, des laboratories Clément-Thékan, 2-4, rue Chaintron, 92120 Montrouge;
Seen the decision to suspend Marketing authorisation, for a duration of 12 months, of the drug Collier control large dog to the dimpylate Vitacanil as of 11 December 2003;
Considering the absence of regularisation, in terms of establishments of Manufacture of this medicine, at the end of the suspension decision referred to above,
The Director General of the French Food Safety Agency decides:
The authorization to market the veterinary specialty Collier control great dog to the dimpylate Vitacanil of the laboratories Clément-Thékan is suspended as of December 11, 2004 for a duration of 12 months.
