DECRET
Decree n ° 2005-23 of 13 January 2005 opening and cancelling appropriations

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Section 11 (1 °) of Order No. 59-2 of January 2, 1959, Organic Law Relative to finance laws;
Due to the Finance Act and the opening and cancellation of appropriations for 2005,
Describes:

Article 1

Is cancelled in 2005 a credit of EUR 200 000 applicable to the budget and chapter mentioned in table A annexed This Decree.

Article 2

Open in 2005 a credit of EUR 200 000 applicable to the budget and chapter mentioned in the Table B attached to this Order.

Section 3

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and budgetary reform, a spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
