ARRETE
Decree of 26 December 2003 approving statutory provisions (application of Decree No. 85-986 of 16 September 1985 amended)

By order of the Minister of Defence, the Minister of the Economy, The Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Public Service, of the reform of the State and of the land use planning of 26 December 2003, has been proved the provision in Article 22 of the Statute of Aerospatiale Matra Missiles so designed:

" Article 22
Detached employees

For the purpose of achieving the social object, civilian and military officials placed on secondment under conditions Provided by the texts governing them may be appointed to occupy in the company jobs of a commercial, financial, technical, administrative, research and expert nature within the limit of a maximum number of 5. "
These provisions are applicable from June 11, 1999 to July 9, 2000.
