Appointment Order of January 7, 2003 (Senior Learning)

By order of the President of the Republic of January 7, 2003, Mr. Valéry Shcherbakov Is appointed as a full-time associate astronomer as of October 1, 2002, for a period of one year at the Physical Observatory of the Globe de Clermont-Ferrand.
At the end of that period, the person concerned may, on his application, be held in His duties by order of the minister responsible for higher education.
