Summary

The
of the executive staff of academic and school works, which now has no more assets, was placed in extinction by Decree 68-3 18 of 7 March 1968 on the special status of civil servants The National Centre and the regional centres for academic and academic works. It includes the rank of Deputy Director (lB 801-lB 1015) and the rank of Head of Administrative Services, which comprises a 2 class (lB 471-lB 801) and a 1st class (lB 659-lB 901). This Order thus repeals Decree 68-318 of 7 March 1968 and Provides for the assimilation of the pensions of the members of the staff of the management of academic and academic works. It is proposed to assimilate the jobs deleted in the employment of the director of CROUS governed by Decree 92-668 of 13 July 1992 concerning the statutory provisions applicable to the employment of Director of CROUS and the Director of CLOUS. The assimilations are made in the employment of CROUS director of the second group (lB 841-lB 1015), at a level with an equal index or, failing that, immediately above that held previously.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Youth, National Education and Research, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In view of the Code of Civil and Military Retirement Pensions, in particular Article L. 16;
Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983, as amended Et obligations des bureaucrats, ensemble la loi n ° 84-16 du 11 janvier 1984, amending portant dispositions statutory relative à la fonction publique de l' Etat;
Vu le decree n ° 92-668 of 13 July 1992 laying down statutory provisions Applicable to the employment of regional director of academic and academic works and to the employment of the director of the local centre for academic and school works, as amended by Decree No. 98-394 of 20 May 1998;
In view of the opinion of the Committee Central parity technique instituted with the Director of the National Centre for Academic and School Works dated 20 June 2002;

The Minister of Youth, National Education and Research, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Planning And the Minister responsible for the budget and budgetary reform shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
