Describes:
In the first paragraph of article D. 635-15, the rate: 2 % " Is replaced by the rate: " 1.8 % ".
Article D. 635-17, rates: " 1.5 % " And: " 1.4 % " Are replaced by rates respectively: " 1.3 % " And: " 1.2 % ".
The provisions of this Decree shall apply to contributions due from the financial year 2007.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, the Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Handicrafts and professions, the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, and the Minister responsible for Social Security, the Elderly, Disabled Persons and the Family are responsible, Each in respect of the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
