Decree of 30 December 2005 amending the order of 14 February 1986 establishing a secondary authorising officer

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Justice, Minister of Justice,
Given the code of the judicial organization, and in particular its articles L. 111-1 and R. 121-1;
Due to Organic Law No. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on the Laws of Finance;
In light of Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 on the General Regulation on Public Accounts, and in particular Articles 64, 86 and 104 ;
In view of the decree of 14 February 1986 establishing a secondary authorising officer published in the Official Journal of 4 March 1986,
Stop:

Item 1

Section 1 of the Order of February 14, 1986, read as follows:
" Art. 1. -A secondary authorising officer from the budget of the Ministry of Justice for expenditure and revenue relating to the activities of the Court of Cassation chargeable to the appropriations under Title 2 and to Title 3 shall be instituted from 1 January 2006. "

Article 2

The Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Justice and the Director of Public accounts at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
