No. 2005-21 of 6 January 2005 on the repeal of Decree No. 59-310 of 14 February 1959 concerning the conditions of physical fitness for admission to public employment, the organisation of committees Medical and employee leave arrangements

On the report of the Minister of the Public Service and the reform of the state,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amended on rights and Public servants' obligations;
The Conseil d' Etat (Finance Section) heard,

Decree No. 59-310 of 14 February 1959 on the conditions of physical fitness for admission to public employment, the organisation of medical committees and the leave scheme for civil servants is Repealed.

The Minister of Public Service and State Reform is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
