On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister responsible for Industry,
In the light of Article L. 2224-33 of the General Territorial communities;
In view of the opinion of the Supreme Council for Electricity and Gas dated 9 December 2003,
Describes:

The threshold referred to in article L. 2224-33 of the general code of the aforementioned territorial communities is set at 1 megawatt. Item 2

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister responsible for Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
