By order of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing as of 18 September 2001, Mr Dafniet (Jean-Yvon), a divisional engineer of public works of the State, is entitled, on his application, to assert his right to retirement under Articles L. 4 (1) and L. 24 (I, 1 °) of the Pension Code, starting from 2 February 2002.
